If they could pull this off with the same degree of quality the previous SR games featured, it'd be a goddamn revolution. But it's still a level of customisation I hope we'll be able to reach one day as the series pushes itself forward.Īnother possibility is they expand the cooperative aspect by always featuring a secondary ''Boss'' character which you can customise with the same tools for offline play you'd simply create the guy/girl/demon yourself, while for coop the second player would obviously fill that role with their creation. Least not without a damn long development cycle. so much so that it's not something I'd wager will make it into Saints Row 4.
Of course the amount of dialogue that'd need be required for such a massive array of diversity would be ridiculous. Or even your main characters love interest, or just one of your supporting allies. It's a pretty ambitious undertaking, but it'd be fantastic if you could create the leader of an opposing gang, for example, with all the same options as the regular character creator, complete with multiple voices to choose from, too. It left me with the idea of how awesome it would be if you could customise and create other characters apart of the story almost akin to that Superhero MMO that allowed you to create both your hero and your hostile NPC rival. However it might look a little off, if you do it the opposite way and use a 4 formula for 3 it looks awful lol. Saints Row The Third's character creator is fantastic, and this kinda harks back to my previous thread explaining my warped sense of play-style where I would always strictly stick to my created character and not switch it up should I get a little bored. Character formulas and creations Do both SR3 and SR4 use the same character creation tool Meaning can I use a character formula from SR4 with SR3 It should work if you use a sr3 formula for sr4.
